Meet the Manager
Hello, I have worked in the care industry for over 10 years, helping the elderly community in there time of need. I receive great job satisfaction from my job and have developed my career from a carer to a manager. I enjoy working in a team environment and have developed my managerial skills over the past years. I understand that quality of care is the most important priority and strive to empower my staff to deliver quality care.
My key responsibilities include the day-to-day running of the home. This ensures a high standard of person-focused care is provided at all times by the staff. Our team have a multi-disciplinary health and social care background.
I ensure the team are compliance with the organisation’s policies and procedures and I am aware of the importance of infection control and how to take steps to prevent cross infection.
